This Campaign is open only to those who sign up at 

and who are 19 years of age or older as of the date of entry. The Campaign is open to legal residents of all countries and states, and is void in Quebec and where prohibited by law.

Employees of Sponsor, its agencies or any entity involved in the development, production or administration of the Contest are not eligible to enter or win the prize.

 

**CONTEST SCHEDULE

Contest starts on June 29th 2020 at 12:01 AM EDT and ends on July 13th, 2020 at 12PM EDT.

**PRIZE (2): $500 USD of equivalent local currency (CAD, EUR, or GBP) Umbra.com gift card, redeemable on-line at www.umbra.com. Use of e-gift card subject to terms/conditions indicated thereon. Prize is not transferable. No prize substitution permitted. Applicable taxes on prize (if any) and unspecified expenses related on acceptance/use of prize are winner’s sole responsibility.

**CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION. By accepting prize, where legal, winners agree to the use of his/her name and image for advertising/trade/publicity purposes by Sponsor and its designees without further compensation or notice. By participating, entrant releases and agrees to hold harmless Sponsor, its parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, and their respective directors, officers, employees and agents, from any and all liability arising from the Contest or acceptance, receipt or use/misuse of the prize. If Contest cannot be conducted as originally planned due to any cause beyond Sponsor’s control (e.g., computer virus or act of fraud), Sponsor may cancel/suspend/modify Contest and pick the winner from among all eligible entries received prior to and/or after action taken by Sponsor or otherwise in a manner determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion to be fair, appropriate and consistent with these Official Rules; Sponsor will notify all registered entrants of such action via email. Tampering with Contest, Contest email invitations, Umbra web site, violation of these Official Rules or any attempt to defraud Sponsor will result in disqualification; but, disqualification shall not represent the sole remedy available to Sponsor. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any provision of these Rules is NOT a waiver of such provision. Any dispute or claim regarding the Contest will be resolved pursuant to the internal, substantive law of the State of New York. Any such dispute/claim must be brought individually (NOT as part of a class action) in federal or state court in Buffalo, New York with recovery being limited to one’s actual costs in participating in the Contest with all damages or other forms of recovery being expressly waived.
